I, SJSZ-51/22 conical twin-screw extruder

1,main machine dragging power 22kw, frequency control, metering feeding devices, motor power 0.75kw.

II, Die head, using 40Cr forged, quenched and tempered.

1, Specification: Φ16 40mm, pipe mode, using one mode twin-pipes.

III, Vacuum sizing spraying tank, stainless steel material, length 4 m .

IV, Traction machine (dual pulling and dual cutting in one system)

2, cutting machine with electronic meter control,double-cutting with cylinder, cooperating with reversal stacker Cut-to-Length.

V,Reversal stacker
